About us

Built in Ghana, for every community.

We are pathology professionals and partners who believe a diagnosis should never depend on where you live.

Our story

Why we started

Pathway Diagnostics began with a simple observation from inside Ghana's hospitals: patients outside the big cities often wait the longest for a diagnosis, and some never receive one.

Pathway Diagnostics LBG was incorporated on 7 November 2025 to advance access to pathology and allied services through innovation, service delivery, education, research, technology and strategic partnerships, with particular emphasis on underserved communities.

Today we are building strong governance, forming partnerships, and designing our programmes in community outreach, telepathology and mortality surveillance.

Vision

A future where every community has equitable access to high-quality pathology that improves patient care, public health, education and scientific discovery.

Mission

To advance access to pathology and allied services through innovation, service delivery, education, research, technology and strategic partnerships, with particular emphasis on underserved communities.

What we believe

Geography and resources should not decide who gets a diagnosis. Innovation, education, research and collaboration can close the gap.
